About This Project
The intension is to bring in Shoprite as a second anchor together with more national fashion retailers, larger pharmacy, strong take away/food component to increase the critical mass and protect the established node from any competing development that may come up within the catchment area. Bopedi is unique in the fact that there are currently very little competing centres in a fairly large catchment area.
